This railcar is only in stock when i have a the required chassis on hand. However if you do happen to have a LifeLike chassis with Bo-Bo configuration (four axles in two individual bogies) then feel free to select " I have a chassis" option and we can use that chassis to build your 88 seater (we will lower cost if you provide your own chassis)

 

(this is not an overnight process, normal time for completion is around 1-2 months)

    At Railscale33d, we are committed to providing our valued customers with personalized products and services that cater to their unique needs. Our custom orders policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding custom-made items, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review this policy before placing a custom order.

    Definitions:

    • "Custom Order": Any product or service that is specially made, personalized, or altered according to the customer's specific requirements.
    • "Customer": The individual or entity placing the custom order.

    Custom Order Process:

    2.1. Request: Customers can submit custom order requests through our designated channels, such as our website's custom order form, email, or in-person consultation or products (ie 88 Seater Railcar).

    2.2. Consultation (if applicable): For complex or unique custom orders, we may arrange a consultation with the customer to discuss the requirements, design options, pricing, and estimated timeline.

    2.3. Quote: After evaluating the customer's requirements, we will provide a detailed quote outlining the cost, materials, design specifications, and estimated delivery date.

    2.4. Acceptance: Customers must review and confirm their acceptance of the quote before proceeding with the custom order.

    Payment and Pricing:

    3.1. Payment: Full payment or a deposit (percentage specified in the quote) is required before we commence work on the custom order. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and before delivery.

    3.2. Pricing: Custom orders are priced based on the complexity, materials, and labour involved. 

    Design Approval and Changes:

    4.1. Design Approval: For custom orders with a design element, we will present a design draft to the customer for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and provide feedback or approval promptly.

    4.2. Changes: Minor design adjustments can be accommodated within a reasonable scope. However, major changes requested after design approval may incur additional costs and affect the delivery timeline.

    Production Time and Delivery:

    5.1. Production Time: The estimated production time will be provided in the quote, and we will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadline. However, unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery date, in which case we will communicate any delays to the customer promptly.

    5.2. Delivery: Once the custom order is ready, we will contact the customer to arrange delivery or pickup. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information to ensure a successful delivery.

    Cancellation and Refunds:

    6.1. Cancellation by Customer: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. If the customer cancels the order before production begins, any deposit paid may be subject to a non-refundable portion to cover incurred costs.

    6.2. Cancellation by Railscale33d : In rare cases, we may be unable to fulfil a custom order due to unforeseen circumstances. If such a situation arises, we will notify the customer promptly and provide a full refund.

    Quality Assurance:

    7.1. Inspection: We thoroughly inspect all custom-made products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before delivery.

    7.2. Defects or Damages: In the unlikely event that a custom order is delivered with defects or damages, the customer must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

    Intellectual Property:

    8.1. Customer's Intellectual Property: We respect our customers' intellectual property rights. Any design or idea provided by the customer for a custom order will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for fulfilling the order (unless we ask for permission).

    8.2. Railscale33d Intellectual Property: Any design or concept developed by Railscale33d for a custom order remains the intellectual property of Railscale33d.

    Disclaimer: Railscale33d reserves the right to update or modify this custom orders policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of placing the custom order will govern that specific order.

    By placing a custom order with Railscale33d, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Custom Orders Policy.
